Adjust the band gently and only as needed. Avoid repeated bending, forcing or twisting. Do not press on the resin centre while adjusting.
Remove before showering, swimming, washing dishes or exercising.
Avoid contact with perfume, creams, sanitiser, alcohol, acetone, solvents and household cleaners.
Clean with a soft, lightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Do not soak or use abrasive cleaners or metal polish on the resin.
